By accessing this web site you agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth below. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. If for any reason you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions set forth below, please do not use this site.
For all purposes, “Seller” refers to InterDeltron Corp DBA Deltronix Enterprises, “Buyer” refers to the customer who is making a purchase, and “Site” refers to our website.

If someone is not immediately available please leave your contact information and we will quickly return your call. If there is a problem with your order, call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our staff can correct it immediately.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:Technical support is available at 949-380-8969 x1 Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Zone. If someone is not immediately available to answer your questions, we will make all attempts to return your call within a reasonable time frame. This service is available in order to provide information on the use and application of products. Every effort is made to stay current on products, industry standards and practices; however, Deltronix Enterprises does not assume liability for operator error. Questions can also be directed to us via e-mail to email@example.com, 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week.
QUOTATIONS:Written quotations are valid for acceptance within fifteen (15) days unless otherwise indicated or extended by Deltronix Enterprises. In addition, Seller reserves the right to withdraw any quotation prior to its expiration. Quotations are based on the quantity indicated and on one shipment to one location, unless otherwise indicated.
ORDERING: Orders can be placed, free of charge, online or through our customer service department. Please visit www.RemotePowerSwitch.com to order online 24 hours a day. For phone orders in the USA and Canada, please call 949-380-8969 Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Zone. All other international calls, please dial 949-380-8969. Orders may also be faxed to 949-334-3034. Orders received after 2:30 PM Pacific Time Zone will be considered received next business day.
BACKORDER: If a product is out of stock and is estimated to ship within 2 weeks of order the date, we will hold the order and ship complete, unless otherwise requested. If the order is expected to ship after 2 weeks from order date, we will backorder the out of stock item and ship all other available items, unless otherwise requested. Applicable shipping and handling charges applied for each shipment.
CLEARANCE: Products sold as a clearance or excess inventory are sold as is, are nonrefundable and cannot be backordered. If an ordered quantity cannot be fulfilled, we will ship available on hand quantities and automatically cancel any remaining balance.
TERMS:Buyer agrees to pay for the products and all applicable taxes and fees according to the Seller's payment terms. Seller prices and/or discounts are subject to change without notice. In the event Buyer fails to make any payment to Seller when due, Buyer's entire account(s) with Seller shall become immediately due and payable without notice or demand. Interest is charged at 1.5% per month on overdue accounts. If collection becomes necessary, customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs and attorney fees. All international orders must be prepaid prior to shipment.
PAYMENT: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, money orders/cashier checks, personal and business checks drawn on US banks in US dollars (allow 10 days to clear), Purchase Orders with approved credit and wire transfers ($35.00 Fee).
•Credit card transactions are processed within 24 hours of when the order is placed. Special( such as 220V Non-US configured products), Custom or Out of Country Orders are processed immediately and placed for manufacturing. They are usually available for shipment within 10 business days or sooner of receipt. International orders must be prepaid prior to shipment.
•Wire transfers can be sent using a US bank with US dollars with an additional fee of $35.00 added to the order total. Please contact our customer service for the wire transfer detail and instructions.
TAXES:California sales taxes, if applicable, shall be added to the purchase price for deliveries and "will call" orders within California including hotels, motels, trade shows and special events. California sales tax shall be paid by Buyer unless Buyer provides Seller with an exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities.
WILL CALL:When requested, orders may be picked up in our office. Please allow sufficient time for your items to be packaged. One of Deltronix Enterprises friendly staff will contact the Buyer once a will call order is ready for pick up. If the order is not picked up within 48 hours of contact date, the order will be shipped by UPS with applicable charges billed to your Credit Card.
DELIVERY:Deltronix Enterprises has provided personal and fast service for over 20 years. We carry a full inventory and will usually ship your order complete within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. If we are temporarily out of an item, we will inform you within 48 hours. If it will be longer, we will backorder (BO) the product. Please review our backorder policy.
If your order is for a custom product, we will make all attempts to complete delivery of the product(s) in the time frame quoted to the Buyer. If for any chance a delivery should be delayed, the Seller will make a good faith effort to contact the Buyer. The Seller will not be responsible for any loss or damage which may result for a late delivery. The products may be delivered in advance upon giving responsible notice to the Buyer.
Any complaint of short delivery or damage to product(s) must be notified to the Seller within 72 hours of receipt.
SHIPMENTS:All products are shipped F.O.B., point of shipment. Shipping and Handling charges are passed on to the customer at our current rates. The cost of any special packing or special handling caused by Buyer's requirements or requests shall be added to the amount of the order.
Orders can ship UPS (Preferred), USPS, Fedex or other common carrier, and, if requested, will be billed to the customer’s account with the shipper if desired. If the shipment is billed to your account and results in a claim, we will help process your claim to the best of our ability, however, we will not refund your product order amount until the refund is received from the carrier. You have the option of placing a replacement order to fulfill your needs. Requesting a carrier other than UPS or USPS may delay shipment time for additional processing.
Orders that do not specify a shipment method will be shipping via UPS Ground.
All UPS shipments will be insured at carrier rates. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground service is available.

•When a change to the shipping address is requested after shipment is in route due to Buyer error a fee of $11.00 will be applied to the order to cover fees applied by UPS.
A UPS tracking number will be sent via e-mail if your e-mail address is supplied with the order. Call (949) 380-8969, or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, if you require additional details on your shipment.
USPS Shipments within USA
Once an order is given to a USPS carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Deltronix Enterprises is no longer liable for the shipment.
All DOMESTIC orders are shipped insured . This USPS insurance provides coverage for a lost, rifled, or damaged article. Shipping costs are not covered.
Please note these exceptions:
•Insurance cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. Deltronix Enterprises is not responsible for the loss of these packages
•If you enter a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us we will ship it out to you as soon as a correct address is established by the customer (extra shipping fees will be required before re-shipment)
•Most insured orders need to be signed for upon delivery (usually orders insured for a dollar amount over $49.00). It is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining their package, should they not be available to sign for it at the time of delivery

Filing a Claim with USPS:
•If a Delivery confirmation number shows your package as being delivered to your zip code, but you still haven't received it, a claim cannot be filed. Please contact your post office supervisor with the Delivery Confirmation number so they can proceed in an investigation.
•A package must be missing for 21 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed
•In the case a claim is filed, it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months to be resolved. Refunds/replacements will usually not be sent out until a resolution via the USPS has been made
International shipments can be sent via UPS or USPS International depending on availability and preference.
UPS offers reliable and fast shipping.
We may ship via USPS International with Insurance for International Shipments out of USA/Canada. However, you need to be aware of the possible complications such as length restrictions, poor tracking ability and a lengthy wait for reimbursement for lost packages. Currently Deltronix Enterprises does not ship International Flat Rate due to the inability to ship insured or offer tracking services.(please read the USPS International Service Restrictions) section below before choosing this option as the preferred shipping method).
USPS International Service Restrictions
•Once an order is given to a USPS carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Deltronix Enterprises is no longer liable. Deltronix Enterprises is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.
•USPS International is shipped insured for all orders over $100 and the charges paid by the customer. However, you must work with USPS directly on the claim if your package is lost or damaged. Therefore, Deltronix Enterprises will not refund or replace any articles lost or damaged in shipment via this method.
•Maximum length of an international package to most countries is 42 inches (some countries are 39 inches) for USPS international.
•If a USPS package becomes lost, tracking is very difficult and time consuming. A package must be missing for 21 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed.
•In the case a claim is filed, it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months to be resolved. Refunds/replacements will usually not be sent out until a resolution via the USPS has been made.
•All postal charges must be prepaid and will be billed to the customer.
•Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order and requesting USPS, as absolutely NO replacements can be sent out and NO refunds can be made by Deltronix Enterprises if an International Order is lost or damaged while in transit via USPS International Service.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS: All customs fees are to be paid for by the recipient.
CANCELLATION: The Buyer can cancel an order within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Cancellations granted after this time frame are subject to a 15% processing/restocking fee. If cancellation is requested for custom orders, the Seller must notify the Buyer within 24 hour time frame. Dependent on order status, charges may be applicable for labor and/or material costs. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason seen as appropriate.
RETURNS:Returns are acceptable within 30 days of invoice date if: (i) it is in new condition, suitable for resale and with all its original parts and (ii) it has not been modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged, and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable or non-returnable. The purpose of this policy is for our customers to be able to try one unit of our product, and if found to be acceptable, order additional units. Returns of multiple products by one customer is subject to negotiation as the customer should have time to evaluate one unit of the product for its intended purpose and determine the usability of the product for that purpose before purchasing additional items. Returns past 30 days are limited to replacement of the purchased product. Returns are only accepted from the original purchaser as stated on the supplied invoice.
Buyer must always contact Seller to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Please state the reason for return request, invoice number, and ship date. RMA number must be clearly marked on all returned items. RMA’s expire 30 days after date of issuance. Please contact us at email@example.com or 949-380-8969 to request an RMA.
GENERAL: Deltronix Enterprises strives to provide the most current, accurate and useful information available on its Web site (the "Site"). However, information on the Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. Deltronix Enterprises may also make improvements and/or changes to the Site at any time without notice.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: In the event that Deltronix Enterprises product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Deltronix Enterprises reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Deltronix Enterprises reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Deltronix Enterprises shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Unless otherwise noted, product names, designs, logos, titles, text, images, audio and video, within this Site, are the trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights or other property of Deltronix Enterprises, (intellectual property of Deltronix Enterprises) under the United States and other copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Deltronix Enterprises.
All other unregistered and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the intellectual property of Deltronix Enterprises displayed on this Site without the written permission of Deltronix Enterprises.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION LIABILITY: Deltronix Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) sells goods that have been manufactured for or by, packaged or repackaged by Deltronix Enterprises, using an Deltronix Enterprises label, or is within original manufacturer packaging. The site as well as the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied except as otherwise noted. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Deltronix Enterprises disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Seller cannot anticipate all conditions under which seller’s products may be used. Seller accepts no responsibility for results obtained by the application of Seller’s products or the safety and suitability of Seller’s products. In the case of a custom product, buyer assumes responsibility for the design and Seller’s sole responsibility is to manufacture the product according to the design and specifications approved by the buyer and it is agreed that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the buyer shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Seller from and against any and all claims, demands, suits or causes of action for any liability whatsoever that arises out of defects, latent or otherwise, from the design and use of the product.
While defective products will be replaced without charge if promptly returned, no liability is assumed beyond such replacement. Seller’s obligations under this limited warranty are limited to repairing or replacing any defective product sold by Seller. Seller shall have no obligation under this limited warranty unless such product is promptly returned to Seller, transportation charges prepaid by Buyer, providing that Buyer has a preauthorized return number (RMA) from Seller prior to return, and examination of such product shall disclose to Seller’s reasonable satisfaction that such product is defective, in which event Seller shall repair or replace the defective product within a reasonable time after such return of the product to Seller. The Buyer shall bear the cost of reshipment of the product to Buyer if Seller determines the product is beyond the warranty period or otherwise not entitled to the benefits of this limited warranty. The provisions of this limited warranty shall not apply to any product sold by Seller which has been subject to misuse, negligence, alteration, conversion, accident or improper installation, application or storage. INFORMATION:When ordering, we request your name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. The information requested is kept private and confidential.
